Vehicle emissions 'declining'

Average CO2 emissions from vehicles in the UK have fallen at their fastest ever rate. Figures from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders' Motor Industry Facts 2010 revealed that 2009 saw average UK vehicle emissions drop to 149.5g/km.
